Where can I purchase QUEEN ESSENTIAL SOAPS Products?

How long is shipping?

All orders are shipped within 7-15 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday

Will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Salt.xo is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS or USPS.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. No exceptions!

What if I put in the wrong address?

Unfortunately, your order will be refunded.

How often do you restock?

We restock our website bi-weekly/ monthly.

How do I stay updated on upcoming restocks and sales?

Why are the bars in different colors each time?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we enjoy being creative with designs and colors. However, this does not affect the ingredients, or the potency.

 Can all of the bars be used for full body use?

Yes, all of our bars can be used for your entire body.

 Should I use the yoni bar inside of my vagina?

Before using the yoni bar, please consult with your OBGYN. We highly recommend that you do not use the yoni bar inside of your vagina; it should only be used externally.

 Does the Activated Charcoal Bar cause dryness?

In some cases, the charcoal bar may cause temporary dryness. Do not be alarmed, simply pair it with our facial moisturizer and you should be good to go.

 Can I use the Lavender Me bar on my infant?

We advise that you use the Lavender Me bar on children 2+ years old.
